Mobile Welding & Fabrication

True Vision Builders (TVB) specializes as a mobile welding and fabrication company based out of San Jose, California. Whether it is a structural steel project, a crack in a tractor, custom fabrication on trucks and cars, marine grade pool gutters; we can handle almost any metal job you send our way! We also perform emergency welding if you’re pressed to get your equipment back up and running!!

Heavy Equipment & Machine Repair

Need help figuring out a complex problem with your heavy equipment? We don’t always know the answer right out of the gate, but our clients bring us broken equipment and we fix it, often giving it a longer life than originally planned. We will give expert advice on whether it’s worth it to repair your equipment or replace it. We’ve handled tractors, trailers, produce washers and more. We won’t waste our time just to have you come back later.

Mobile Line Boring

Recently added to our mobile repair toolkit is our new line boring kit. Typically, you will find that most manufacturing repair facilities will have this equipment in their shop. The difference is that we come to you! Our line bore repair kit can currently address diameters of 1.9” - 10” (48 - 254mm) to both cut and weld. Currently accepting jobs based primarily in Northern and Central California.

Excavation

Need help digging or moving dirt? Our experience has led us to grading project that include cut and fill, cut and haul, hillside work and more. TVB has been called into action for preparing to install large pipes such as storm drains, sewers, and trenches. We have experience in various grading projects with lots of cut and fill, hillside work, finish grade pads with different elevations. We can also support laying rock for many of these jobs. Additionally, we’ve been called to help dig for earthquake reinforcements on buildings being retrofit.

Demolition

Not every demolition project is as easy as destroying everything in your way. Often, a building may need to retain some of its original infrastructure to support future plans. Our attention to detail and careful consideration of those needs makes us capable of removing large equipment no longer needed, while taking care to avoid damaging anything required for later phases.

Custom Metal Signs

With our metal shop and plasma table on-site, we can help you execute a variety of sign making requirements. We’ve helped build 16-foot tall structures to support corporate street signs and smaller, added equipment ID plates to heavy equipment, and even address signs with custom logos.
